No. This kit bolts directly to the Ryker frame without modifying its suspension; so you ride it by following the same operating procedure outlined in the Ryker operator's manual.

Installation of this kit is simple and straightforward, that's why we are making it available as a DIY kit. However, some dexterity and mechanical aptitude is required to perform the work. You will also need a helper (while not absolutely necessary, it is highly recommended) to complete the installation. Please see the detailed installation instruction video (coming soon) to evaluate what is involved in installing this kit before ordering. 

We guarantee our work to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the purchase date, and will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to you at our location in Chandler, Arizona, USA. Please be advised, for all items that are shipped, we do our best to protect them during shipping. But if body panels arrive with minor surface scratches due to shifting in transit and they could be buffed out, we will not consider this a manufacturing defect and will not be covered under warranty.

We were able to get the Ryker, with our body kit installed, up to 105 mph, which is the top speed reported on the stock Ryker by many Ryker owners.
The net weight this kit adds to the Ryker is approximately 23.5 lbs. While in theory this will reduce acceleration compared to a stock Ryker, practically there isn't a noticeable difference in acceleration.

Yes. Our kit does not interfere with the OEM (factory) versions of the windscreens available for the Ryker. Aftermarket windscreens should be tested first if you plan to order this kit. Please let us know if you have a specific brand that you'd like to use and we can help evaluate the fitment.
